We’re following health guidelines and complying with regulations as we gain new information, working with management to put appropriate safety measures in place while getting your orders to you with minimal disruption or risk.
To reduce your time in store, we recommend you call your local store prior to visiting to ensure stock availability; our store support teams can also help assist you with your order over the phone. We also encourage and respect the social distancing guidelines of 1.5 meters between person to person.

Our doors are still open
Your well-being and safety are paramount. Staff have been updated with the latest hygiene guidelines and are implementing them throughout our 23 stores which are operating as per normal. Please check individual stores for open times as these may have changed.
Our delivery drivers are focused on your health & safety
Rest easy, our delivery teams take the health and safety of our valued customers very seriously and are closely monitoring health and safety advice. All our drivers are taking additional steps to make sure your delivery gets to you in a safe and without risk manner. Our delivery teams are carrying and using extra hygiene products and protective equipment to maintain prescribed hygiene practices.
As precaution, delivery and customer service teams may inquire about your health, quarantine status and travel history in the last 14 days.
In accordance with current regulations you are required to maintain a social distance of 1.5m at all times while our delivery teams are in your home. If you would like to change your delivery type to zero contact please contact store of purchase or advise the driver on the day.
For all in-store and warehouse collections, please arrange an appropriate time to do this by calling ahead to your local store or customer support team for warehouse bookings and collections. NOTE All pick-ups must be accompanied by a second person to assist with loading- Focus On Furniture warehouse staff are not permitted to assist with loading due to OH&S. You are required to maintain a social distance of 1.5m at all times from warehouse staff & other customers.
I’m self-isolating. Can I still get my delivery?
In the most cautious of cases you can instruct drivers to leave the furniture on your doorstep and they will sign for you and photograph goods as proof of delivery. Please notify us if you are currently self-isolating and cannot currently accept delivery.
